Educational Disclaimer

A library can hand you a book. It cannot read it for you, and it cannot certify that you have understood it. This page states, without ornament, what Tivaron Study is and what it is not, so that no learner arrives with an expectation we never intended to create.

1. Educational and non-certified

All services provided by Tivaron Study are educational and non-certified in nature. They do not include accredited instruction, degree programs, professional licensing, examination administration, or regulated educational activities. We are not an accredited school, college, university, training centre, examination board or licensing authority, and we do not act on behalf of any such body.

Nothing we deliver carries academic credit. Nothing we deliver is a diploma, a certificate of qualification, a licence, a permit, a professional credential, or a document with legal or regulatory effect. Where a learner requires accredited study, a recognised qualification, or preparation administered by a licensing body, they must approach the accredited institution or the competent authority directly. If you tell us that this is what you need, we will say so and decline the work.

2. What we actually provide

• Step-by-step programs for the independent acquisition of new skills, with thematic modules and a sequenced study process.
• Educational online sessions in individual and small-group format, built around discussion, worked examples and thematic tasks.
• Workbooks, practice sets, reference materials and consolidation exercises written for a stated topic.
• Individual study plans, guidance on organising independent preparation, and material for reviewing and self-checking topics already studied.

That is the whole catalogue. Anything described to you as a service of Tivaron Study that falls outside this list has been misdescribed, and we ask you to tell us about it.

3. No professional advice

Our material is prepared for general educational purposes. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, medical, psychological, nutritional, immigration, engineering, or any other form of professional advice, and it must not be used as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. No relationship of professional adviser and client arises between you and Tivaron Study through the purchase of a program, the attendance of a session, or the reading of a workbook.

If a topic we help you study touches an area where professional advice is normally required, obtain that advice from a licensed professional before you act. Our role ends at understanding; the decision, and its consequences, are yours.

4. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee, and cannot guarantee, any particular outcome from studying with us. This includes examination results, admission to an institution, employment, promotion, income, business performance, or the acquisition of a skill within a given period. Learning is not a transaction in which a fee produces a result; it is work, and the results depend on the effort, prior knowledge, time and circumstances of the learner, all of which lie outside our control.

Any description of progress, benefit or achievement on this website or in our correspondence is illustrative. It is not a representation that you or anyone else will obtain a comparable result.

5. Accuracy of material

We research our subjects carefully and revise our materials as fields change. Even so, information can become outdated, sources can conflict, and errors can survive review. Material is provided as it stands, and we make no warranty that it is complete, current, or free of error in every particular. Where a topic depends on a standard, a regulation or a body of law that changes, verify the current position from the primary source before relying on it. If you find an error in our material, write to us: corrections are welcome, and they improve the shelf for everyone.

6. Independent study and self-discipline

Our programs are designed for self-directed learners. A program tells you what to study, in what order, and how to check that you have understood it. It does not supervise you, does not compel you, and does not replace the hours of practice that any real skill demands. Progress support helps you organise those hours; it cannot substitute for them.

7. Suitability and health

You are responsible for judging whether a topic, a pace or a workload is suitable for you. If study affects your health, wellbeing or ability to meet other obligations, reduce the workload or stop. Where a topic concerns physical practice or any activity carrying a risk of injury, consult an appropriate professional before beginning, and do not treat our material as clearance to proceed.

8. Third-party sources

Study material may refer to books, papers, standards, tools or public resources produced by other people. Those references are made for educational purposes. We do not control the content of third-party sources, we do not endorse them beyond their usefulness to the topic at hand, and we are not responsible for their accuracy, availability or terms of use.

9. Intellectual property

Everything we prepare remains the intellectual property of Tivaron Study, licensed to you for your own study on payment in full. It may not be resold, republished, distributed, uploaded to shared repositories, or used for commercial teaching without our written permission. The full terms are set out in our Terms of Service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tivaron Study accepts no liability for any loss, damage or cost arising from reliance on our educational material, from decisions taken on the basis of it, or from any outcome not achieved. Our total liability in connection with any service is limited to the fee actually paid for that service. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to this Disclaimer

We may amend this Disclaimer. The version published here at the moment a scope of work is confirmed in writing governs that engagement. Read it once, and you will know exactly what you are buying and what you are not.
